Is there a free trial of Pro?
Yes, every company gets a 7-day free trial of Pro. You'll keep access until the end of your billing period if you cancel.
What happens if we outgrow the Free plan?
When you add a fourth person, you'll be prompted to upgrade. All your requests, catalog, and history carry over automatically.
Can we switch between monthly and yearly billing?
Yes. You can change your billing cadence anytime from the Billing screen in the app; the change applies at your next renewal.
